In Mobile Strike the Hospital allows you to save some troops after an attack on your base.

Upgrading your hospitals, increases the capacity of wounded troops you can hold. Once your hospital reaches level 21 it also provides you with a 5% boost to all of your troops health and a 22 hospital 7% to health and 10% to hospital healing speed.

A level 1 hospital can hold 200 wounded troops and this maxes out at 40,000 for a level 21 hospital and 50,000 for level 22.

Building 10 hospitals will complete a mission rewarding you with significant resources and power, so you may wish to consider building these early in the game, even if you destroy them later.

Whilst you are leveling you should try to keep your hospital capacity in line with your total troop numbers. This means during an attack none of your troops can be killed. It will become more difficult to keep your hospital capacity up as your army increases in size in the later stages of the game.

The table below has the build cost for each upgrade level from 1 to 22, the build time (before boosts), buildings required and the power rewarded.

  1. To upgrade the hospital to level 15 requires the following resources

    Oil 1,227,554
    Stone 1,687,177
    Food 882,990
    Iron 828,185

I don’t know the upgrade time because I don’t have all the resources yet.

  2. When one has a mix of troops (T1, T2 and T3) and i get attacked, which troops go to hospital first occupying the beds?
Because if it’s the T1’s because they die first, wont it make more sense to eliminate the T1’s and T2’s to ensure that the beds will only be occupied by T3’s ensuring my best armies survival?

      1. Assuming you are not zeroed in a single attack, then yes your lower tiers will fill up your beds first, leaving your higher tiers vulnerable to death during second attacks.

It depends how much of a buffer your T1/T2 provide, if you are active during an attack you can shield when your hospitals are full.

        1. for a level 18 hospital need Training Grounds 18, 4,142,996 oil, 5,694,223 stone, 2,850,522 food and 2,795,124 iron. Power is +14,770

Could you please be more clear / explain better or point to where this info is on your website about which die first, traps or troops and what levels? Thanks this is a Great site. For example, with troops t3 are clearly superior and will die after t2, right? But somehow (is this right) T1 traps do a remarkable job compared to T2?

          1. Yes generally higher tier troops and traps will die last.

Lower tier troops will protect your higher tier traps i.e. if you have a large number of T1/T2 troops and you build T3 traps, more of your T3 traps will be protected (the T1/T2 troops will soak up the bulk of the damage). The opposite is also true, if you have a large number of T3 troops and build T2/T1 traps, more traps will be destroyed first.

      1. As far as I can tell you need the resources available to heal them. You’ll notice when you queue the wounded for treatment the resource cost appears at the top of the healing/treatment screen.
